Our main purpose is to provide your corporate event with a quality experience, in a clean, safe, fun, and professional environment. Podium Raceway Hawaii provides the only technical indoor racetrack in the state and also serves as an ideal meeting facility for corporate events. The interactive atmosphere provides a link between track activities and general meetings.

Our spacious meeting rooms can accommodate large groups, and are well suited to host corporate events, product launches, and private parties. Choose from one of our three private meeting rooms, which are a 2000 square foot Corporate Event/VIP room, and two 400 square foot Party/Meeting rooms. Our conference rooms are fully equipped with with state-of-the-art audio/video equipment, including an 8ft x 8ft projector screen, Wi-Fi internet access, tables, chairs and linens.

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a corporate event.

Podium Raceway Hawaii promotes teamwork by encouraging team members to attain excellence on the racetrack as well as in the workplace. We will provide your business with customized team building programs. Our specialized crew will assist and personally instruct your teams to race successfully. The best competitors will arrive first to the finish line and will be awarded accordingly. As in any business, teams play a fundamental role in the development of successful business cultures.

HAWAII ROOM

400 Square Feet
Accommodations for up to 30 guests
$75 per hour

DAYTONA ROOM

400 Square Feet
Accommodations for up to 20 guests
$75 per hour
Includes: 48″ TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, tables, chairs and linens, wet bar and mini fridge.

PARTY ROOM PACKAGES

1 hour in room and 1 race: $30 per person
2 hours in room and 2 races: $50 per person
8 person minimum
16 or more receive 1 extra hour in party room
